Flexible cash & cashless

CP460 — modular by design, flexible in payment hardware.

The CP460 is built as a modular platform. Coin handling, banknote handling and payment-terminal components can be combined and configured to match the payment setup required for each project.

Where the CP460 fits

Primarily laundromats that take cash as well as cards. The CP460 can also serve smaller car-wash installations.

  • Laundromats up to 25 machines

Our public positioning. There is no hard technical maximum; from 26 machines, we usually recommend the CP510.

  • 14 washers, 10 dryers and 1 ironer
    Example

One possible 25-machine layout, not a required one.

  • Smaller car washes

For a smaller car-wash installation, the CP460 cabinet can be configured with CP600 functionality.

02

How the customer uses it

The customer chooses on the touchscreen and pays in the way the installation offers.

  • ELO touchscreen

A 10.1-inch touch panel for choosing machines.

  • Several machines in one payment

Washers and dryers are started together, with a single payment.

03

Payment possibilities

The payment methods are chosen per installation, from the following.

  • Coins

Through the coin system fitted to the station.

  • Banknotes

    Through the banknote reader.

  • Bank card

On the payment terminal fitted to the station.

  • Wero
  • TikWash

    Mobile payment, integrated as standard.

  • VemaCard

When a Payter terminal is fitted, through the terminal itself.

There is no fixed list and no set number: the combination is agreed with the operator for each site.

04

Cash handling

Coin handling and banknote handling are modules of the station, combined for the payment setup the project requires.

  • Coin changer
    Standard

A normal tube changer that accepts the coins and gives change.

  • SmartCoin coin recycling
    Optional

Inserted coins are sorted, counted and reused for change.

  • Banknote reader

With a stacker for the accepted notes.

  • Banknote return or recycling
    Depends on installation

Depends on the configuration of the station.

05

Modular payment components

Coin handling, banknote handling and payment terminals are separate components in the station, each available in different versions.

  • Banknote readers

Different banknote-reader hardware can be fitted.

  • Coin systems

Different coin-system hardware, from a standard changer to SmartCoin recycling.

  • Payment terminals

Different payment-terminal hardware can be integrated.

  • Separate industrial PLC

Machine control is a separate unit and can sit in another room, which keeps the cabling practical.

06

Operator and remote management

Standard on every CP460: remote management, reporting, machine operation, refunds and fault notifications. Door and lighting control are extensions, depending on the installation.

  • Remote management

Reach and manage the station without a visit to the site.

  • Reporting

Turnover and transaction history for follow-up.

  • Remote machine operation

Start, stop or block a machine remotely.

  • Remote refunds

Refund a customer after a machine problem, without being on site.

  • Fault notifications

Including an SMS when something goes wrong.

  • Door and lighting control
    Depends on installation

    Available as extensions.

07

TikWash and VemaCard

TikWash is part of every CP460. VemaCard depends on the terminal.

  • TikWash integrated as standard

There is no fixed integration charge. A transaction fee applies when customers pay with TikWash.

  • Station and app stay in sync

The station and the app show the same machine availability.

  • VemaCard with a Payter terminal

VemaCard can be used only when a Payter terminal is fitted. It runs through the terminal, without a separate reader.

08

Installation

The CP460 is set up around the site, not the other way round.

  • Wall mounting or a base

Mounted on the wall, or on an optional base.

  • Alongside an existing token system

Where appropriate, the CP460 can be installed in parallel with a token system.

  • Configured per installation

Payment methods, cash-handling components and extensions are agreed for the site before installation.
