Where the CP600 fits

Car washes that want payment and the control of the wash in one station.

  • Tunnel car washes

The customer pays, and the chosen programme goes to the installation.

  • Rollovers

Programme choice and payment, with the programme sent to the rollover.

  • A larger platform

A larger cabinet with CP460-class payment functionality plus car-wash control.

  • Smaller car washes

For a smaller installation, a CP460 cabinet can be configured with CP600 functionality.

04

Car-wash control

The CP600 does more than take payment: it tells the installation what to do. Which of these options a site uses is chosen per installation.

  • Programme transfer

The chosen programme is passed to the car-wash installation through the PLC.

  • Height detection

Higher vehicles can be charged an alternative price.

  • Fixed programme per recognised vehicle

A registered vehicle can be linked to its own wash programme.

  • Automatic barrier for fleet vehicles

The barrier opens automatically for registered fleet vehicles.

  • RFID

An RFID reader for wash passes.

  • Number-plate recognition
    Optional

Optional number-plate recognition can automate selected car-wash and fleet processes.

05

Operator and customer portals

The operator follows the site remotely; customers manage their passes and subscriptions online.

  • Remote management

Follow and manage the station without a visit to the site.

  • Operator portal

Turnover and grouped data across the operator’s stations, with voucher follow-up.

  • Customer portal

06

TikWash and VemaCard

TikWash is integrated into the CP600 as standard. VemaCard depends on the terminal.

  • Integrated as standard

There is no fixed integration charge. A transaction fee applies when customers pay with TikWash.

  • One wallet across the operator’s stations

TikWash credit can be used at all of the operator’s stations, including self-service wash bays.

  • VemaCard where a Payter terminal is fitted

VemaCard can serve as the customer wash card where a supported Payter terminal is fitted.

07

Installation

A few site requirements to plan for.

  • Indoors or sheltered

The CP600 is installed indoors or under a shelter, out of the rain.

  • A larger cabinet

More physical space for the car-wash hardware and the larger interface.

  • Configured per car wash

Payment methods, passes and control options are set up for the installation.
