Robust premium system

CP510 — the most robust station in the range.

The CP510 is our premium cash and cashless station, built on a mature, long-standing VeMatics platform. It is the usual choice for larger laundromats, where reliability and control matter most.

Where the CP510 fits

Larger laundromats that want the most robust station we make.

  • Larger installations

Above 24 machines instead of a CP200, and from 26 machines instead of a CP460.

  • Built for reliability

Robust components, chosen for reliability and as few faults as possible.

  • A mature platform

The CP510 runs on a long-standing VeMatics platform.

02

Hardware and reliability

Fewer moving parts, industrial components and duplicated control.

  • Fanless industrial PC

With flash storage, so there are fewer moving parts to wear.

  • Duplicated control

    Control is duplicated for redundancy.

  • Steel cabinet

Closed with a locking system of our own.

  • Shielded power compartment

Power supplies and fuses sit in a separate compartment.

  • Large touchscreen

A 17- or 19-inch screen for choosing machines and following instructions.

03

Cash handling

Coins and banknotes, with change paid out from hoppers.

  • Up to four hoppers

Accepted coins are sorted into the hoppers and paid out as change.

  • Overflow bag

Coins beyond the hoppers’ capacity go to an overflow cash bag.

  • Banknote reader

    With a lockable stacker.

  • Payment terminal
    Optional

A payment terminal can be added for card payment.

04

Customers and cards

Regular customers can pay with a wash card, and every customer can be told when the laundry is ready.

  • Wash cards

Card-based customer operation, today with VemaCard wash cards.

  • “Laundry ready” SMS

Customers can receive a text message when their laundry is done.

  • Several languages

The customer chooses the language on the touchscreen.

05

Operator and remote management

Standard on every CP510: remote management, reporting, machine operation, refunds and fault notifications, from a computer or smartphone. Door, lighting and pump control are extensions, depending on the installation.

  • VeMatics operator app

Manage the station remotely from a smartphone.

  • Operator web portal

Live transaction and machine data for the site.

  • Remote machine operation

Start a machine or take it out of service remotely.

  • Remote refunds

Refund a customer without being on site.

  • Reporting and SMS alerts

Track turnover and receive an automatic SMS when there is a problem.

  • Door, lighting and pump control
    Depends on installation

    Available as extensions.

In the app stores, the VeMatics operator app is still listed under its earlier name, “VeMatics CP500 Maintenance”.

06

TikWash and VemaCard

TikWash is part of every CP510. VemaCard depends on the terminal.

  • TikWash integrated as standard

There is no fixed integration charge. A transaction fee applies when customers pay with TikWash.

  • Station and app stay in sync

The station and the app show the same machine availability.

  • VemaCard where a Payter terminal is fitted

VemaCard wash cards run through the terminal, without a separate reader.

07

Converting an existing laundromat

The CP510 is also a way to modernise a site that is already running.

  • Control conversion

Existing laundromat controls can be converted to a modern payment system that is managed remotely.

  • Assessed per installation

What a conversion involves depends on the machines, the wiring and the control already in place.
