TK310 — tokens and change for the car wash.

The TK310 is our current token dispenser for car washes. Customers pay with banknotes or coins and receive tokens, change or both, and the operator follows and manages the machine remotely.

How the customer uses it

The customer pays in cash and receives tokens, change or both, as the operator has set it up.

    The TK310 dispenses tokens, and change where the operator has set it up.

  • Tokens per amount

    The operator decides how many tokens each amount buys.

  • Up to two token types

    One or two kinds of token from the same machine.

  • Configurable language

    The language is set per installation.

Hardware

Cash handling, token dispensing and a cabinet built for an unattended car wash.

  • Up to two hoppers

    Universal hoppers for change or tokens, each holding about 1,000 to 1,500 pieces.

  • Banknote reader

    Self-centring note entry for notes up to €50, with a stacker.

  • Euro coin validator

    Accepts euro coins.

  • Service display

    An LCD display to view details and change settings. The TK310 has no touchscreen.

  • Stainless steel cabinet

    A built-in cabinet, entirely in stainless steel, with a lock and a rear door.

  • Shielded power compartment

    Power supplies and fuse sit in a separate, shielded compartment.

Remote management

The operator follows the TK310 live and acts on it without driving to the site.

  • Remote access and management

    Through the operator’s remote-management website.

  • Remote token dispensing

    Give a customer tokens from a distance.

  • Hopper reset

    Reset a hopper remotely.

  • Remote restart

    Restart the system without a visit.

  • Live reporting

    All transactions and cash data, live, with the history on a secure website.

  • SMS problem notifications

    For example when change or tokens are almost empty, or when the note reader or coin validator has a problem.

  • Operator settings

    Tokens per amount, free tokens, and tokens dispensed automatically for a set amount.

Installation

What a site prepares before a TK310 goes in.

  • A prepared wall recess

    The built-in cabinet goes into a wall with a recess prepared for it.

  • Clean, earthed power

    An interference-free, well-earthed mains supply.

  • Internet connection

    Required for remote management and live reporting.

  • SIM card

    A SIM card for the SMS notifications.

  • Starting stock

    At least 100 change coins, and 100 tokens of each type.
